Return Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received unopened iit in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Pre-Order Cancellation Policy for TCG Products

  1. Free Cancellation Window:
    Pre-order cancellations are accepted free of charge up to 4 weeks prior to the dispatch date.

  2. Late Cancellation Fee:
    Cancellations made within 1 month (4 weeks) or less of the dispatch date may be subject to a 2% cancellation fee. This fee covers card processing costs.

  3. Delays in Dispatch:
    If your pre-order is subject to an unforeseen delay, you may cancel your order free of charge, regardless of the time remaining before the new dispatch date.

Change of Mind
If you wish to return an item due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs if the item has been shipped. 

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. If the item arrives damaged or incorrect, the seller will cover the cost of return shipping.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Trading Card Game (TCG) Products
For returns on TCG products, boxes must be returned sealed. If items are received opened, with cards or packs removed, no refund will be provided.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
